Option 1: inside the game (instant)
- Open El Infiltrado Online 3D on Android or at impostor.axsoftware.codes/jugar.
- On the home screen, tap Settings (the sliders icon).
- In the Account section, tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with Delete everything.
Your account is closed right away and your data is removed from our servers.
Option 2: by email
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email andres.sanabria@axsoftware.codes with the subject “Delete my account”. Write from the email address of the Google account you linked, or include your nickname and, if you can, the ID shown on your profile. We may ask for additional information to confirm the account is yours.
What gets deleted
- Your account identifier and your Google link (name and email).
- Your nickname, avatar, stats, level, experience, chips and unlocked or purchased items.
- Purchase records tied to your account, except a minimal record that a law may require us to keep.
Match data (clues, votes and voice notes) is already deleted automatically with the room within 12 hours at most.
Timeframe
We erase your account and data within 30 days at most of your request. Deletion is permanent: chips and purchased items cannot be recovered or refunded after the account is deleted.
