Terms of service

These terms govern your use of El Infiltrado Online 3D on Android and on the web. By playing, you accept them.

Effective date:

1. Who we are

El Infiltrado Online 3D (the “Game”) was created by Arihanny Loyo Carrero and is developed and operated by AX Software, Medellín, Colombia. Contact: andres.sanabria@axsoftware.codes.

2. Age and acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are a minor under the laws of your country, you need permission from a parent or guardian, especially to make purchases. If you don't agree with these terms, don't use the Game.

3. Your account

  • You can play as a guest (anonymous account) or sign in with Google.
  • If you play as a guest and uninstall the app, clear your browser data or change devices without linking Google, you may lose your progress, chips and items.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Don't sell, lend or transfer it.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account.

4. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Game for non-commercial entertainment. The software, design, scenes, characters, texts and word packs belong to AX Software or its licensors.

5. Chips and virtual items

  • Chips are an in-game virtual currency used to unlock scenes, visors and other content inside the Game.
  • Chips and virtual items have no cash value; they are not money or property and cannot be exchanged for real money, sold, transferred between accounts or redeemed outside the Game.
  • Chips are consumable: they are spent when you unlock content. What you get is a license to use that content, not ownership of it.
  • You can also earn chips by playing online matches.
  • We may adjust prices, rewards and virtual content, without affecting chips already in your account.
  • If you delete your account, or we close it for breaching these terms, you lose the associated chips and items.

6. Purchases

Chip packs are bought inside the Android app through Google Play, which processes the payment. Prices are shown on Google Play before you confirm. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policies; request one through Google Play, or email us and we'll help. If a purchase wasn't credited, email us with the order number. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

7. Code of conduct

So that everyone has a good time, the following is not allowed in the Game:

  • Offensive, discriminatory, sexual or violent nicknames or clues, or anything that incites hatred.
  • Harassing, threatening, intimidating or impersonating other players.
  • Sharing your own or other people's personal data (phone numbers, addresses, social media) in nicknames or clues.
  • Cheating: using programs, bots, mods, exploits or bugs to gain an advantage, or coordinating outside the Game to ruin public matches.
  • Manipulating purchases, refunds or the chip system.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to our servers, databases or other people's accounts.

8. Reporting and moderation

You can report a player from within a match. We review reports and may filter content, warn, suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity. If you think we got it wrong, email us.

9. Availability

We do our best to keep the Game running well, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may have interruptions, bugs or maintenance, and we may change, add or remove features, modes, scenes or word packs. If we ever shut the Game down, we'll announce it with reasonable notice.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AX Software is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or progress, or the conduct of other players. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law, including Colombia's Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011).

11. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll publish the new version on this page with its effective date and, if the change is significant, we'll let you know in the Game. If you keep playing after the change, you accept the new version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
